Commemoria is aimed at both practitioners and anyone wishing to investigate their personal and family history and\/or complete their personal process of transgenerational analysis with a new reading grid. Designed to be accessible to all users concerned by transgenerational analysis and by the preservation and transmission of memory between generations, the Commemoria application allows, through the synchronization of its biographical and historical timelines, to easily order information, evoke memories, bring out emotions, explain the trajectory of an individual, shed light on that of a group and elucidate elements that have remained obscure from family and contextual documents. Using two fundamental tools &#8211; the minute tree and the genosociogram &#8211; we will enter into a dialogue with the silences in our lineages, not to force them to be revealed, but to give them a place, a form and a function. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Workshop objectives : <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand the different faces of silence: protective, shameful, traumatic, ideological, etc.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9tecter les <strong>zones d\u2019ombre<\/strong> dans un arbre : dates manquantes, liens flous, figures effac\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>Identify the <strong>transgenerational manifestations of silence<\/strong>: symptoms, repetitions, pointless guilt<\/li>\n<li>Learn to question the tree <strong>without coercion<\/strong>, but with listening, hypothesis and symbolisation<\/li>\n<li>Reflect on how to <strong>transform silence <\/strong>into a point of support for rediscovered speech<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9roulement : <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une br\u00e8ve mise en contexte th\u00e9orique sur le r\u00f4le du silence dans la transmission psychique, chaque participant sera invit\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler, seul ou en bin\u00f4me, \u00e0 partir :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>D\u2019un <strong>arbre-minute<\/strong> ou d\u2019un <strong>g\u00e9nosociogramme personnel<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>A set of <strong>targeted questions <\/strong>to explore the silences in the tree<\/li>\n<li>A period of shared feedback in a small group (optional) to take in echoes, resonances, resistance or discoveries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>An ethical and symbolic approach: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The aim of this workshop is not to reveal secrets, but to enable participants to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Learn to listen in a different way to <strong>what has not been said<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>To pose hypotheses without holding on to them,<\/li>\n<li>To <strong>breathe new life into lineages <\/strong>stifled by destructive or suffocating silences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Working on silence <\/strong>is a therapeutic act in its own right: it seeks neither to make the dead speak nor to denounce wrongdoing, but to <strong>free the living <\/strong>from what they carry without understanding.
