Who is Noëlle Lamy?

Based in Lyon, Noëlle Lamy combines her experience as a physiotherapist, osteopath and energy therapist (Chinese medicine) with a symbolic approach to the body, before turning to psychogenealogy and transgenerational psychoanalysis. This holistic trajectory underscores her belief that ‘the body is a language’ and that pain, blockages, or illnesses can be symbolic messages stemming from our unprocessed family heritage.
Today, she supports individuals and families from Lyon and Beaune via video conferencing or supervision.

Noëlle Lamy considers psychogenealogy to be a medicine of consciousness. Through the exploration of family histories (secrets, unspoken words, transmissions), she offers a respectful and alchemical approach to transforming the traces of the past into resources for life. Her method is based on the gradual construction of a family tree, enriched with symbols, key dates, significant events, etc.

She describes the process in several phases inspired by alchemy: each stage allows for a symbolic and psychological reorganisation of this heritage.
